摘 要:采用正交设计法,在超临界c02流体萃取装置上探索了萃取温度(50~70oC)、萃取压力(18~26MPa)、萃取时间(1~3h)以及原料装填量(160—240g)对葡萄籽油萃取率的影响。萃取压力影响最大,其次为萃取温度和时间,原料装填量影响最小。结果表明,优化的萃取工艺条件为:萃取温度50℃,萃取压力26MPa,萃取时间lh,葡萄籽装填量200g;此条件下,葡萄籽油的萃取率为11.23%。Using orthogonal design method, the extraction rate of grape seed - oil is investigated under a super - critical CO2 fluid extractor. The factors such as extraction temperature ( 50 ~ 70 ℃ ), extraction pressure ( 18 - 26 MPa), extraction time ( 1 - 3 h) and loading amount of raw material ( 160 - 240 g) af- fecting the extraction rate of grape seed - oil are determined. The extraction ratio that influenced by each factor is as follows: pressure, and temperature and time, and loading amount of raw material. The experi- mental results show that the optimization of processing conditions is temperature 50 ℃, pressure 26 MPa, time 1 h,loading amount 200 g. Under these conditions, the highest extraction ratio of grape seed - oil is 11.23 %.
