石榴完全花与不完全花的内源激素变化研究

摘　　要：以石榴品种‘甜光颜’为材料,采用高效液相色谱法测定了石榴完全花与不完全花发育过程中内源激素的动态变化。结果表明:完全花GA3,KT,IAA质量分数均比不完全花高,但ABA质量分数比不完全花低;在完成授粉后,完全花GA3,KT,IAA的质量分数升高,而不完全花GA3,KT,IAA质量分数降低;在完全花发育过程中ABA/(GA3+KT+IAA)保持较低水平并趋于稳定。试验结果为研究石榴花器官生长过程中内源激素的变化提供了一定理论参考。In this study, the pomegranate cultivars of ＇ Tianguangyan＇ was used as the material. High-performance liquid chromatography was applied to measure the variation of endogenous hor- mone between the perfect and imperfect flower formation process. The results showed that the mass fractions of GA3 , KT and IAA in perfect flower were higher than those in imperfect flower, but the mass fraction of ABA in perfect flower was lower than that in imperfect flower; after pollination, the mass fractions of GA3 , KT and IAA in perfect flower had risen but the mass fractions of GA3 , KT and IAA in complete flower had declined; the value ofABA/ （ GA3 ＋ IAA ＋ KT） was main- tained in low level and tended to stabilize. The results provide the certain theory reference for the study of change of endogenous hormones in the process of pomegranate organ growth.
