摘　　要：高校志愿服务较之于社会来说有其自身的特点,对于高校志愿服务长效机制的探索有助于志愿服务活动长期、持续的开展,能够促进高校志愿者为学校和社会提供优质的志愿服务。依托寝室、班级和社团培育大学生的志愿精神,对大学生志愿组织的管理不断进行完善,提升志愿者团队的凝聚力;建立大学生志愿者外在和内在的激励机制,是建构高校志愿服务长效机制的三条重要路径,对于这三条路径进行探析有着重要的实践价值。Universities volunteer service than has its own characteristics conpared to such services in the socie- ty, the exploration for colleges and universities long - term mechanism of volunteer service volunteer activities will contribute to long - term, continuing to carry out. Colleges can promote school and community volunteers to provide quality volunteer service. Relying bedroom, classes and community college students to cultivate the spirit of volun- teerism. Management of University Students Volunteer organizations continuously improve and enhance the cohesion of the team of volunteers ; The establishment of student volunteers extrinsic and intrinsic incentives, Construction is one of three important paths efficient long - term mechanism of volunteer service. For these three paths of has im- portant practical value.
