摘　　要：校企合作是高职教育的必由之路,探索高职院校与企业联合招生、联合培养、联合就业是校企合作的较高形式,核心是校企双方联合构建课程体系、联合开发课程。本文通过总结湖北工业职院国家骨干校重点建设专业(群)计算机应用技术专业校企联合构建课程体系和联合开发专业核心课程的实践,探索了"技术技能三段式"课程体系的构建方法、人才培养的组织及专业核心课程开发思路。School enterprise cooperation is the inevitable course of higher vocational education. Joint enrollment, joint training and joint employment become the higher form of cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises, and the core is the joint efforts in constructing curriculum system and course development. This paper summarizes the practice of joint efforts in construction of professional curriculum system and development of core curriculum in the key specialty （ group） of Computer Application Technol-ogy Specialty of Hubei Industrial Polytechnic, a national backbone vocational college, and explores the construction method, talent training organization and professional core curriculum development of“Three Stages Skill and Technology Training” curriculum sys-tem.
