摘  要:建立测定淀粉制品和红球藻粉中铝含量的微波消解ICP-OES方法。采用6ml HNO3+2ml H2O2微波消解对样品进行处理,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法对消解液进行铝的测定。相关系数均大于0.999;回收率均在92.2%-103.3%之间;RSD在0.32%-2.07%,本方法的检出限为0.01460mg/L。微波消解方法与传统的样品消化方法相比,具有样品消解快、试剂用量少、空白值低、避免挥发损失和回收完全等优点。利用ICP-OES对淀粉制品和红球藻粉中铝的测定方法具有灵敏度高、检出限低、精密度好和效率高等优点。To set up the analysis methods of aluminum in starch products and pluvialis powder by mi-crowave digestion-ICP-OES. Samples were treated by 6ml nitric acid and 2ml hydrogen peroxide micro-wave digestion and analyzed by ICP-OES. The correlation coefficient is r 〉 0. 999;The recovery rate is between 92 . 2% and 103 . 3%;The RSD is between 0 . 32% and 2 . 07%,the detection limit is 0 . 01460 mg/L. Compared the traditional sample digestion method with the microwave digestion method,the microwave digestion method have fully advantages,including more faster Sample digestion,less reagent consumption, low blank value,to avoid the loss of volatilization and completely recovery. By using the ICP-OES meth-od for the determination of aluminum in starch products and pluvialis powder has the advantages of high sensitivity,low detection limit,good accuracy and high efficiency.
