摘　　要：当代美国的无神论者,在宗教图景异常复杂且多元化的文化背景下,是身处受排挤及歧视的亚文化地位的少数派。历史和现实中的无神论者团体在对抗有神论和与宗教竞争的同时通过各种活动坚持自我身份认同,尤其是在与基督教保守派或福音派的抗争中逐渐突破学术界和知识分子领域的边界转向现实的政治思想和行动。Contemporary American atheists,against the extremely complex religious landscape and diversified cultural background,is in the discriminated minority subculture.The atheist groups,in history and reality,while resisting theism and competing with religions,insist on self-identity through various activities,especially in the struggle with evangelical Christian conservative and gradually break through the boundaries of academics and intellectuals to realistic political action.
