摘　　要：本文讨论了应用戏剧表演和传统艺术戏剧表演中各种能力重要度的差异性,并评估了学生在这些能力方面的基础值和期望值之间的差距。结合教学实践,总结出应用戏剧表演教学具有技巧性、目的性和思想性三位一体的特点。教师通过工作方式和思维模式的改变,与学生共同取得持续进步。This paper discusses the difference of capabilities between applied theatre acting and traditional theatre acting, and assesses the gaps between the current situations and the expectations of students re- garding these capacities. With the support of teaching practice, this paper explains how to reduce these gaps. Finally this paper summarizes the characteristics of the applied theatre acting as a unity of skill, goal and deliberation. Thru mindset and methodology changes, acting instructors can achieve continuous im- provement together with the students.
