泼尼松和火把花根片联合中药治疗白塞氏病的初步临床观察

摘　　要：目的初步评价泼尼松和火把花根片联合中药治疗白塞氏病的临床疗效。方法收集2012年6月至2014年12月在深圳市眼科医院确诊的白塞氏患者42例（79只眼）,随机分为2组。中西结合组22例（41只眼）,以口服激素泼尼松片＋火把花根片为主,辅以辨证使用中药汤剂及局部眼药治疗;西药组20例（38只眼）,以泼尼松＋环磷酰胺片＋局部眼药治疗;总平均用药时间8~12个月。观察患者视力、眼部体征、全身并发症（口腔溃疡、皮肤多形性结节、生殖器溃疡等）以及荧光素眼底血管造影（FFA）、黄斑区光学相干断层扫描（OCT）检查结果的变化。结果治疗后,中西结合治疗组显效18只眼（43.9%）,好转17只眼（41.5%）,无效6只眼（14.6%）,总有效率84.5%,西药组显效8只眼（21.1%）,好转17只眼（44.7%）,无效13只眼（34.2%）,总有效率65.8%。中西医结合组的疗效好于西药组（Mann-Whitney U检验,Z=-2.497,P=0.013）。结论泼尼松片和火把花根片联合中药的治疗方案治疗白塞氏病有效。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine on Behcet＇ s disease. METHODS Forty-two cases of Behcet＇ s disease were randomly divided into an ob- servation group and a control group according to the visting sequence （22, 20）. Both groups were treated on the basis of the routine treatment, the observation group was treated with oral corticosteroids combined with Colquhounia root tablet and traditional Chinese medicine. The control group was treated with the oral corticosteroids combined with immunosuppressants. Best corrected visual acuity, ocular signs, oral ulcer, polymorphous skin nodules, genital ulcer, and the change of fluorescein fundus angiography and optical coherent tomography of the eyes before and after treat- ment were observed. RESULTS The total effective rate was 84.5% in the observation group, and the control group was 65.8%, Mann-Whitney U test, Z=-2.497,P=0.013. CONCLUSIONS Treating Behcet＇s disease with the inte- gration of traditional Chinese and western medicine had a coordinating role,which could improve the clinical effect.
