眼睑痉挛的中医药治疗进展

摘　　要：眼睑痉挛是一种特征性的局限性肌张力障碍性疾病,好发于成年女性,严重影响患者的生活质量。随着环境及生活方式的改变,眼睑痉挛的发病率呈迅速上升趋势。针对此病,现代医学治疗以反复注射A型肉毒素为主,随注射次数的增加,疗效下降;中医有自身优势,在治疗该病上取得了良好的疗效,现综述如下。Predominant in adult females, blepharospasm is a focal dystonia, terribly affecting the patient＇s quality of life. With the changing of our environment and the way of living, the incidence of blepharospasm has been rapidly increasing. Botulinum toxin type A seems to be the prominent way in treating blepharospasm. With the injection frequency increasing, however, the therapeutic effects de- crease. Traditional Chinese Medicine appears to perform well for the treatment of blepharospasm and has shown good resuhs. We herein reviewed the literature and envisaged the potential treatment modalities.
