摘 要:目的探讨影响中等职业教育护理专业学生学习态度的因素。方法对10名中等职业教育护理专业学生进行深入访谈,现场录音和笔录,应用Giorgi的6步资料分析法对资料进行分析、整理,并归纳出主题和要素。结果影响学生学习态度的因素包括3个主题、7个要素,即:自身因素(知识基础差,缺乏自制力;对专业不感兴趣,缺乏学习动机;学习习惯不良,缺乏适合自己的学习方法)、教师因素(教学风格、授课方式)、环境因素(学习氛围、家庭因素)。结论中等职业教育护理专业学生的学习态度受多方面因素影响,其实质是缺乏学习动力,建议学校、教师、家庭多方协调努力,提高学生的学习动力,促进积极学习态度的形成。Objective To explore the related factors influencing secondary vocational nursing students' learning attitudes. Methods Ten secondary vocational nursing students were interviewed in depth. The interviewing process was recorded and noted. Giorgi's 6-step data analysis method was used to analyze the data and extract themes. Results The influencing factors of learning attitudes included 3 factors and 7 elements,which were personal fac- tors(poor basic knowledge and self-control,low interest in nursing and lack of learning motivation,poor study habits and lack of suitable learning method),teacher factors (teaching styles and teaching methods) and environmental factors (study atmosphere and family factors). Conclusion Secondary vocational nursing students' learning attitudes are influenced by multiple factors,and the root reason is lack of learning motivation. It is suggested that schools, teachers and family should make efforts together to improve students' learning motivation and promote the formation of positive learning attitude.
