澳门镜湖护理学院建立素质保证的历程和机制

摘　　要：澳门镜湖护理学院是澳门历史最悠久的护士学校,亦是澳门毕业生最多的护士学校。该学院从筹办高等教育课程至今的18年内,先后进行了4次课程评鉴。该文阐述学院从自发进行课程评鉴的基础上如何逐步建立相关素质保证机制,其目的、历程和效果,并对完善素质保证机制,以回应澳门特别行政区高等教育评鉴制度立法,结合护士执业注册制度改革过程作出对未来的展望。The Kiang Wu Nursing College of Macao is the oldest nursing school with the maximum nursing graduates in Macao. Within the 18 years since the College has been running higher education programs,four pro- gram evaluations have been carried out. This paper describes how the College gradually established the quality as- surance mechanism on the basis of proceeding the program evaluation voluntarily. Its aim,process,effectiveness,the completion of evaluation which is aiming to response to the legislation of higher education evaluation mechanism of the Macao SAR Government and also the future prospect of the revolution process of nursing registration system are introduced.
