摘  要:目的评价情境模拟教学对护理专业实习生评判性思维倾向的影响。方法将95名护理大专实习生按照年级分为对照组和试验组。对照组47名实习生,采用传统教学方法;试验组48实习生,在传统教学方法的基础上增加情境模拟教学。于出科时采用中文版评判性思维倾向问卷(Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version,CTDI-CV)对两组实习生进行评定。结果试验组实习生的评判性思维总分以及寻找真相、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、评判性思维的自信心、求知欲6项特质的得分高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),认知成熟度得分两组实习生得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论情境模拟教学可有效提高护理专业大专实习生的评判性思维倾向。Objective To investigate the influence of scenario simulation teaching on critical thinking of student nurses. Methods Ninety-five associate degree student nurses were divided into two groups. Traditional teaching method and scenario simulation teaching was implemented in the control group and the experimental group,respec- tively. The outcomes were evaluated using the Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version(CTDI-CV). Results The experimental group scored higher than the control group in the total score of critical thinking and factors of truth-seeking, open-mindedness, analyticity, systematicity, self-confidence and inquisitiveness (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion Scenario simulation teaching can improve the critical thinking of student nurses in associated degree nursing programs.
