摘 要:目的调查护理实习生对临床学习环境及差错危险行为的自我评价,并分析临床学习环境对差错危险行为的影响。方法采用方便抽样,选取某三级甲等综合医院132名护理实习生,采用护理临床学习环境评价量表和实习差错危险行为自评量表进行调查。结果护理实习生对临床学习环境的总评分为(3.60±0.86)分,对实习差错危险行为的总评分为(3.50±0.78)分,二者呈正相关(r=0.571,P<0.01)。结论临床学习环境对护理实习生的差错危险行为有影响,应强化实习生的护理差错防范教育,创造更好的学习环境和更多动手机会。Objective To investigate the level of self-rated clinical learning environment and risk behaviors of nursing errors by nursing students,and to analyze the impact of clinical learning environment on risk behaviors of nursing errors. Methods Totally 132 nursing students were recruited by convenience sampling method and were investigated using Nursing Clinical Learning Environment Scale(NCLES) and Nursing Students' Risk Behaviors of Error(NSRBE). Results The total score of students' evaluation of NCLES and NSRBE was(3.60±0.86) and (3.50± 0.78),respectively. The score of clinical learning environment was significantly correlated with the score of risk behaviors of errors(r=-0.571 ,P〈0.01). Conclusion The clinical learning environment has significant impact on nurs- ing students' risk behaviors of nursing errors. Nursing educators should strengthen the education how to prevent nursing errors,and provide them with more practice opportunities.
