小剂量米氮平联合益心舒胶囊对脑卒中后抑郁患者血清细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的观察小剂量米氮平联合益心舒胶囊治疗脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)对患者血清细胞因子的影响。方法将206例PSD患者随机分为观察组和对照组各103例。观察组给予小剂量米氮平联合益心舒胶囊治疗,对照组单纯给予益心舒胶囊治疗。治疗后比较2组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后比较2组患者血清细胞因子水平的变化,包括血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)。结果治疗后观察组患者的治疗总有效率为93.2%高于对照组的78.6%;治疗后2组患者的IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小剂量米氮平联合益心舒胶囊治疗PSD效果较好,可显著降低血清细胞因子水平,可推广应用。Objective To observe the influences of small doses mirtazapine combined with yixinshu capsule in treatment of post-stroke depression（ PSD） on serum cytokines. Methods 206 cases of patients with PSD were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 103 cases. Observation group were given with small doses of mirtazapine combined with yixinshu capsule. Control group were given yixinshu capsule. After the treatment compared the clinical efficacy of two groups. Before and after treatment compared the serum cytokine levels change of two groups,including serum interleukin-1β（ IL-1β）,interleukin-6（ IL-6）,tumor necrosis factor-α（ TNF-α）. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 93. 2% higher than 78. 6% of control group; After treatment,the serum IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α levels of two groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group were lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Small doses mirtazapine combined with yixinshu capsule in treatment of PSD has a better effect,can significantly reduce serum cytokines levels,it can be widely applied.
