复方蜜油膏促进肛裂术后创口愈合的临床观察

摘　　要：为观察复方蜜油膏在肛裂治疗中的临床疗效，将76例肛裂患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各38例。治疗组术后使用复方蜜油膏换药，对照组术后使用凡士林纱条换药，分别记录术后用药前及用药后第2、5、7天两组创口疼痛、水肿及渗液的积分情况；用药后第12、18天创面愈合率；用药后第21天疗效、创面愈合时间。结果显示，治疗组在治愈率、减少并发症及创面愈合时间等方面明显优于对照组。结果表明，复方蜜油膏换药在肛裂术后促进创口愈合方面疗效显著。This study was to observe the clinical effect of compound Miyou ointment in the treatment of a- nal fissure,radomly divided 76 patients with anal fissure into treatment group and control one, n ：38 for each;after operation gave this ointment to the former for dressing exchange, while to the latter petrolatum gauze strip for dressing exchange;then recorded following indexes as：pain,edema and exudation score rat- ing status on the 2nd,5th and 7th day;wound surface healing rate on the 12th,18th day;effect and wound surface healing time on the 21th day.As results,in curative rate, complication decreased,and wound surface healing time,etc the former was all superior to the latter.Results show that compound Miyou ointment has significant promotion on wound healing after anal fissure surgery.
