电解铝阳极保温覆盖料震荡输送撒布机的电机控制系统研究

摘　　要：本文说明了电解铝阳极保温覆盖料震荡输送撒布机的电机控制系统模糊控制算法,介绍了算法的设计思想、结构以及实现。实践结果表明,该系统能较好地解决人工进行电解铝阳极保温覆盖料过程的问题,提高了工作效率,改善了工作环境。This paper shows the fuzzy control algorithm for motor control system of electrolytic aluminum anode insu-lation material covered vibration conveying spreader,and introduces the the design idea, structure and realization of the algorithm. The results show that the system can solve the problem in the process of the electrolytic aluminum an-ode heat insulation material covering well, improve the working efficiency, and improve the working environment.
