摘 要:目的了解结晶样视网膜色素变性(BCD)患者体内各种血液成分的变化情况,为探寻其发病机理和防治方法提供参考。方法收集2014年3月至2015年5月在首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院眼科中心就诊的48例(96只眼)经临床确诊为BCD患者和体检中心体检的150例(300只眼)正常人的临床资料,进行回顾性序列病例研究。将48例(96只眼)确诊为BCD的患者作为BCD组,将150例(300只眼)正常人作为对照组,按盲法由专业技术人员完成血液样本的血常规检查。BCD组和对照组患者红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)及血小板(PLT)的相关参数变化情况以均数±标准差(x珋±s)的形式表示,并采用独立样本t检验的方法进行组间比较。结果平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均血红蛋白量(MCH)、平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)及红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)等四项指标,BCD组患者分别为(87.43±7.09)f L,(29.39±3.20)pg,(335.27±15.72)g/L,(13.45±1.99)f L;对照组分别为(90.37±3.08)f L,(30.59±2.56)pg,(340.51±4.52)g/L,(13.07±0.54)f L。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=4.03,2.66,3.65,-2.12;P<0.05)。RBC计数、血红蛋白(HGB)量及红细胞压积(HCT)等三项指标,BCD组患者分别为(4.75±0.52)×1012/L,(139.33±20.37)g/L,(0.42±0.05);对照组分别为(4.65±0.36)×1012/L,(152.31±15.98)g/L,(0.42±0.03)。两组比较,差异无统计学意义(t=-1.45,1.54,0.8;P>0.05)。WBC计数、淋巴细胞(LYM)计数、单核细胞(MON)计数、中性粒细胞(NEU)计数、LYM比率、NEU比率、及嗜碱性细胞(BAS)比率等七项指标,BCD组患者分别为(5.57±1.34)×109/L,(1.87±0.48)×109/L,(0.35±0.10)×109/L,(3.22±1.11)×109/L,(34.50±8.23)%,(54.76±9.00)%,(0.36±0.30)%;对照组分别为(6.67±1.30)×109/L,(2.05±0.46)×109/L,(0.47±0.12)×109/L,(3.98±0.94)×109/L,(30.97±4.63)%,(59.55±5.29)%,(0.52±0.20)%。两组患者比较,差异有统计学意义(t=5.05,2.41,6.08,4.65,3.72,2.63,4.16;P<0.05)。嗜酸性细胞(EOS)计数、BAS计数、MON比率及EOS比率等�Objective To characterize abnormal changes in blood variables in patients with Bietti crystalline dystrophy( BCD).
