摘　　要：我国已建立了专门的裁判文书公开平台、法院政务网站中的裁判文书模块、导航栏。但是,裁判文书公开平台、法院政务网站中的裁判文书模块、导航栏之检索功能不完善。仅靠网上公开裁判文书还不能为公众监督法院的审判工作,不能为上级法院、上级检察院监督下级法院的审判工作提供应有的便利。应将起诉状、上诉状、人民检察院起诉书、抗诉书等案卷材料依法上网。建立供四级法院、四级检察院资源共享的归档案卷材料电子资源数据库。统筹规划裁判文书公开平台、归档案卷材料电子资源数据库以及政务网站中的裁判文书模块、导航栏建设。完善裁判文书公开平台、归档案卷材料电子资源数据库、裁判文书模块、导航栏的检索功能。Our country has set up special public platform of adjudicative document,module and navigation bar of adjudicative document of the court of e- government websites. However,the search function of public platform of adjudicative document and search function of module and navigation bar of adjudicative document of the court of e- government websites is not perfect. The online public judgment only can not provides dual convenient for the public supervising court trial work,for higher court and higher procuratorate supervising lower court trial work. Materials in the case which includes indictment,appeal petition,statement of claim,protest of People ＇s Procuratorate and so on should be made public through network,according to law. Our country should establish sharing database of electronic resource of filed files material which court at the four levels and procuratorate at the four levels use. The construction of pubic platform of adjudicative document and module and navigation bar of adjudicative document of the court of e- government websites should be planed as a whole. The search function of public platform of adjudicative document and the search function of module and navigation of adjudicative document of the court of e- government websites should be improved and perfected.
