微公益视域下公民责任意识培育研究

摘　　要：公民责任意识是公民意识的重要组成部分,它维持和调节着公民行为。当公民责任意识培育面临责任的亲缘性与泛化倾向、责任判断与选择迷惘、责任认知与实践相疏离以及责任教育方法机械单一等困境时,微公益作为一种新型的公益形式,以其独有的优势为困境破解提供了解决之道。以微公益为平台,构建家庭、学校、社区一体的责任教育网络,发挥三者的合力作用,是公民责任意识培育的新途径。Civic responsibility is an important part of citizen consciousness, which maintains and regulates the behavior of citizen. The cultivation of civic responsibility mainly faces the dilemma such as consanguinity and generic tendency, liability judgment and choice confusion, cognition and practice alienation and the single teaching methods. In these circumstances, the emergence and development of the micro public welfare crack the plight of the cultivation of civic responsibility with its unique advantages. Taking the micro public welfare as the platform, constructing the responsibility education network of family, school and community, playing the role of the three party are the new ways of cultivating the citizen responsibility consciousness.
