摘 要:通过在转盘轴承内圈表面布置应变片,开展了转盘轴承状态监测试验,获得了转盘轴承在静态加载下内圈表面的应变分布。为优化测点布置,采用ANSYS软件对转盘轴承进行了有限元分析。结果表明:转盘轴承加载后靠近顶部和底部区域的轴向应变最大,但分布范围较小且不均匀;在高度中间区域轴向应变有较大值且分布比较均匀,是应变检测比较理想的区域;采用主应变测量方法能获得更大的应变信号,提高测量结果的可靠性。The condition monitoring experiment for slewing bearings is carried out through arranging strain gages on sur-face of inner rings for slewing bearings,and the strain distribution on surface of inner rings for slewing bearings is ob-tained under static loading.In order to optimize arrangement of measuring points,the finite element analysis of slewing bearings is carried out by using software ANSYS.The computational results show that the maximum value of axial strain is localized near to top and bottom regions after slewing bearings are loaded,but the distribution range is smaller and uneven.The axial strain has larger value and distribution is even in the middle regions,which are ideal places for strain measurement.The larger strain signals can be obtained by principal strain measurement method,and the reliabil-ity of measurement result can also be improved.
