摘 要:目的:探讨血清维生素A水平与儿童1型糖尿病(T1DM)及酮症酸中毒(DKA)的相关性。方法选择2011年5月至2013年6月住院的131例患儿,其中62例为新发T1DM患儿,包括非酮症酸中毒组(非DKA组)23例,酮症酸中毒组(DKA组)39例,其余69例患儿为对照组,高效液相色谱法检测三组血清维生素A水平。结果对照组血清维生素 A 水平[(1.13±0.41)μmol/L]明显高于非 DKA 组[(0.51±0.34)μmol /L]、DKA组[(0.31±0.23)μmol /L](P<0.01);而非DKA组的血清维生素 A水平高于DKA组( P<0.05)。结论维生素A与儿童T1DM和DKA的发生可能存在关联;维生素A在儿童T1DM发病中可能有潜在的保护效应。Objective To study the correlation of the levels of serum vitamin A with the children with type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM)and diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA).Methods Sixty-two cases of newly diagnosed T1DM were selected from 131 cases who stayed in hospital from May 2011 to June 2013, 39 cases with DKA and 23 case without DKA, the other 69 children excluded from T1DM were selected. Serum vitamin A was detected by high performance liquid chromatography.Results The levels of serum vitamin A in children without T1DM [(1.13 ±0.41) μmol /L]were higher than those in patients with DKA[(0.31 ±0.23) μmol /L ]and patients without DKA[(0.51 ±0.34)μmol /L](P〈0.01).The level of serum vitamin A in children without T1DM was higher than those in patients with DKA ( P 〈0.01).Conclusions Vitamin A is closely correlated with T1DM and DKA in children.Vitamin A might have some potential protective effect on the development of T1DM.
