宫颈癌中Livin和COX-2蛋白的表达及相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究Livin和COX-2在宫颈癌组织中的表达及二者的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测Livin和COX-2蛋白在68例宫颈癌组织中的表达情况。结果 Livin和COX-2蛋白在正常宫颈组织均无表达,而在宫颈癌组织中的阳性表达率显著增高(P<0.01);淋巴结转移组Livin和COX-2蛋白表达的阳性率均高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05);且在宫颈癌组织中Livin和COX-2蛋白表达呈正相关。结论 Livin和COX-2的高表达可能在宫颈癌的发生及淋巴结转移中起重要作用,两者在宫颈癌发生中可能具有协同作用。联合检测宫颈癌中Livin和COX-2蛋白表达对进一步了解宫颈癌的恶性程度及判断预后有一定的应用价值。Objective To research the expressions of Livin and COX-2 in carcinoma of cervix, and to evaluate their relationship. Methods Immunohistochemistry SP method was adopt to detect the expressions of Livin and COX-2 protein in 68 cases of cervical carcinoma tissue. Results Livin and COX-2 proteins were free in normal cervical tissue, whereas the positive expression rates of Livin and COX-2 were obviously higher in cervical carcinoma tissue, with statistical significance （P〈0.01）. The positive expression rates of Livin and COX-2 in cases with lymph node metastasis were both remarkably higher than those in the cases without lymph node metastasis （P〈0.05）. In cervical carcinoma tissue, the expressions of Livin and COX-2 were markedly positive correlated （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The high expressions of Livin and COX-2 may play an important role during cervical carcinogenesis and lymph node metastasis. They may have the synergism in the carcinogenesis of cervical carcinoma. Joint detection for expressions of Livin and COX-2 may be valuable to further understand the grade malignancy and predict the prognosis of cervix carcinoma.
