摘  要:本研究旨在探讨日粮中添加不同水平的艾蒿粉对肉仔鸡免疫器官指数及血清免疫和抗氧化指标的影响。试验选择1日龄AA肉仔鸡240只,随机分为5个日粮处理组,每个处理组6个重复,每个重复8只鸡。5种日粮分别是在基础日粮中添加0、0.25%、0.5%、1%和2%的艾蒿粉配制而成,试验期共42d,分为前后两期,每期21d。研究结果表明,与对照组相比,1%和2%艾蒿粉添加组的脾脏指数显著升高(P<0.05);2%艾蒿粉添加组的免疫球蛋白M含量显著增加(P<0.05),可溶性CD8含量显著降低(P<0.05);2%艾蒿粉组的总抗氧化能力显著增强(P<0.05),艾蒿粉添加组的丙二醛含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。肉仔鸡日粮中添加艾蒿粉可以促进其免疫器官的发育,增强其免疫和抗氧化功能。The present experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of dietary Artemisia argyi on immune and an- tioxidative functions in broilers. A total of 240 one-day-old Arbor Acres(AA) broilers were selected and assigned randomly to 5 treatments(0,0.25% ,0.5% ,1% and 2% Artemisia argyi supplemented in diets) with 6 replicates(8 broilers per replicate). The feeding trial lasted for 42 d and divided into earlier and latter periods. The results showed that: compared with the control, the spleen index in 1% and 20%o Artemisia argyi treatments increased significantly(P〈0.05) ; the immunoglobulin M(IgM) in 2 % Artemisia argyi treatment increased significantly (P〈0.05) ,while the soluble CD8 antigen(sCD8) decreased(P〈0.05). In addition,compared with the control,the contents of malonaldehyde(MDA) in the four Artemisia argyi treatments decreased significantly(P〈0.05), while the content of total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in 2% Artemisia argyi treatment increased significantly(P〈0.05). Overall,the present study indicated adding Artemisia argyi to diets improved immune organ index and increased immune and antioxidative functions of broilers.
