调气消积汤对人肺腺癌A549细胞增殖与凋亡的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨调气消积汤对人肺腺癌A549细胞增殖与凋亡的影响。方法:以不同剂量的调气消积汤及顺铂制作含药血清并分别作用于A549细胞,MTT法检测细胞的增殖能力,TUNEL原位法染色标记凋亡细胞,计算凋亡率。结果:调气消积汤低剂量组在不同时间段对A549细胞增殖没有明显影响,中、高剂量组及顺铂组对A549细胞增殖有明显的抑制作用,与空白对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。调气消积汤各剂量组凋亡细胞的数量与剂量呈正相关,凋亡率与空白对照组相比,差异显著(P<0.01),顺铂组绿色荧光强度最大。结论:调气消积汤可剂量依赖性抑制A549细胞增殖并诱导其凋亡。Objective： To approach the effect of Tiaoqixiaoji Decoction（ TQXJ） on the proliferation and apoptosis of human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells. Methods： A549 cells after treatment with different concentrations of TQXJ serum were observed. The proliferation of A549 cells were detected by MTT method,and the apoptosis were detected by TUNEL method. Results： The proliferation of A549 cells were inhibited obviously in median and high dose TQXJ groups,there was statistical difference compared with the blank group（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The Tiaoqixiaoji Decoction can inhibit the proliferation in dose-dependent manner and induce apoptosis of A549 cells.
