摘  要:新辅助化疗可从多方面影响宫颈癌肿瘤的发展,对后续手术或放疗产生影响。鳞状细胞癌抗原(squamous cell carcinoma antigen,SCCA)和环氧合酶-2(Cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2)可以通过抑制细胞凋亡等途径促进肿瘤的生成,与治疗效果密切相关。本文重点论述两者对宫颈癌新辅助化疗疗效和敏感性的预测价值及最新研究进展。Ncoadjuvant chemotherapy can influence the development of cervical cancer from many aspects, and is able to create a positive impact on subsequent surgery or radiation therapy. Squamous cell carcinoma antigen (SCCA) and cyclooxygenase -2 (COX -2 ) , which are highly interrelated to therapy effect, can facilitate tumor development through inhibiting apoptosis pathway. This article is mainly focus on the predictive value of these two factors to therapy effect and sensitivity of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on cervical cancer, and its recent development of research.
