摘　　要：在全球化信息时代,阅读、写作及交流的性质正在发生根本变化,新的科学技术的发展与应用使得新读写能力的重要性日益凸显。为了更好地理解和有效地利用现代技术环境中所要求的新技术、新策略,需要重新审视读写能力的内涵,并对其理论基础及其对教学的影响与要求进行深入研究,尽快将新读写能力的培养付诸教学实践并纳入评价体系。要认识、掌握、传授这种"全新的读写能力",需要汇聚各方智慧,共同为培养学生的新读写能力——这一关乎学生,乃至国家未来的事业做出贡献。In this new era of globalization and information technology, the nature of literacy and communication undergoes fundamental changes. New literacies are ever more critical to both our lives and our career. They play a key role in the future of our students, and the future of our country. For a better comprehension and efficient application of the new literacies, we need to pool all our talents to research on the theories and implications for teaching, and cultivate the new skills, strategies, and dispositions that students must acquire. A thorough research on and from different levels of the new literacies, and new evaluation systems are of vital importance.
