摘  要:提出了一种对温度分布不均造成的激光波面实现部分自校正的双板条结构的热容激光器。为了进行波面热畸变可自校正的热容运行方式的原理性演示验证及建立可靠的技术基础,本文建立了闪光灯泵浦的以两块尺寸为100mm×20mm×500mm的大尺寸钕玻璃板条为工作介质的激光装置,在实验过程中采用三种耦合输出率分别为20%、53%和67%的平行平板腔,对工作在热容状态下的激光输出进行了测试。20%的耦合输出率过低,会造成腔内功率密度过高导致增益饱和。采用53%的耦合输出腔片在充电电压为3 300V时,得到213.6J的输出能量,并且未见饱和。采用耦合输出率为67%的输出腔片,在充电电压为2 200 V时达到激光阈值,阈值输出能量为82.3J;在充电电压为3 300 V时得到单脉冲输出能量为370.1J,斜率效率0.013,总体效率为0.94%。A heat capacity laser configuration of double slabs which can partially correct the distortion of the laser wave front is proposed in this paper. A laser system operating in the capacity mode and having double Nd:glass slabs is constructed, the dimension of the slabs is 100 mm×20mm×500mm. To test the performance of the dual-slabs laser it was operated initially with a flat-flat resonator. Three mirrors with transmissivity T= 20%, T= 53 % and T= 67 % were available to test. The experiment result shows, the output coupling of T:20% is too low and will cause the gain saturation. The output pulse energy is 213.6 J for the 3 300 V charge voltage with the output coupling of T=53%. The threshold charge voltage of the laser system with the output coupling of T=67% is about 2 200 V charge with 82.3 J output energy. And the output energy is 370.1 J for the 3 300 V charge voltage, and the system transition efficiency is 0.94%, and the slope efficiency is 0. 013.
