Influence of Y Content on Microstructures and Mechanical Properties of Aluminum Alloy Used for Sports Equipment After Heat Treatment

摘  要:利用微合金化法向体育器械用铸造铝合金A356添加Y元素,研究了不同Y元素含量对铝合金热处理组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着Y元素含量的增加,铸态合金组织逐渐细化,共晶硅相形态从长条状逐渐圆整化;合金抗拉强度与屈服强度先增加后降低,断后伸长率逐渐降低;经固溶时效处理后,合金的抗拉强度与屈服强度随着Y元素含量的增加先增加后减小,伸长率逐渐降低,当Y含量为0.7%时合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度均取得最大值。Y element was added into aluminum alloy A356 used for sports equipment,and the microstructures and mechanical properties of the alloy after heat treatment were analyzed.The results show that,by increasing Y element content,the alloy has finer grain microstructures,and the morphology of eutectic Si phase changes from long strips to spherical shape; the tensile and yield strength of the alloy first increase and then decrease with elongation decreasing; after solid solution and aging treatment,the tensile and yield strength of the alloy first increase with the increase of Y content,and then decrease.Meanwhile,the elongation of the alloy decrease with the increase of Y content,and the alloy has the largest tensile and yield strength when Y addition is around 0.7%.
