摘  要:以TMS320F2812作为控制电路芯片,采用二相六桥臂式电路作为逆变主电路,利用DSP生成三对六路SPWM控制信号对逆变主电路中的功率器件通断进行控制,在输出端得到了两相正交的正弦交流电。在此基础上,使用PI控制技术对输出电压幅值进行调节,实现了对电流频率和有效值的解耦控制。为了验证该逆变电源控制系统的动态响应性能,在Simulink支持下,构建了逆变电源控制系统的仿真电路,对电源控制系统在1 Hz、500 A和3 Hz、800 A工况下的动态响应性能进行仿真。结果表明,所设计的电磁搅拌器逆变电源控制系统可以输出频率与有效值在对应范围内可解耦控制的两相正交正弦电流,能够满足铸造生产中电磁搅拌器的实际使用需要。The TMS320F2812 was taken as the chip of control circuit,two-phase six-leg circuit was adopted as the main circuit of inverter,using DSP to generate three SPWM signal to control the on/off of the power device in the inverter circuit,and then the two-phase orthogonal sinusoidal alternating current was obtained at the output terminal.On the basis,the PI control technology was used to regulate the voltage amplitude.Last,the decoupling control of current frequency and effective value was realized.In order to verify the dynamic response performance of the inverter control system,the simulation circuit of the inverter control system was constructed in Simulink,the dynamic response performance of decoupling control scheme between 1Hz,500 A and 3Hz,800 A was simulated.The simulation results showed that the electromagnetic stirrer inverter control system can output two-phase orthogonal sinusoidal current,which whose frequency and effective value can be decoupling control in the corresponding range,could so as to meet the actual applications of electromagnetic stirrer in casting.
