摘　　要：目的探讨Ahmed阀植入治疗新生血管性青光眼的疗效。方法对25例新生血管性青光眼颞上象限赤道部植入Ahmed阀。手术后观察眼压、视力及并发症发生情况。结果本组患者术后3、15天及1、3、6、12月眼压与术前比较,均显著降低(P<0.05)。术后16眼视力无改变,9眼视力提高。7例术中前房穿刺口未注入玻璃酸钠后1月内均出现浅前房,其余18例注入玻璃酸钠后仅1例出现浅前房。3例患者出现Ⅰ级前房积血。21例患者虹膜新生血管基本消失,有效率84%。结论 Ahmed阀植入术治疗新生血管性青光眼是有效的、安全的。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation in the treatment of new vascular glaucoma. Methods Twenty-five cases of new vascular glaucoma were implanted with an Ahmed valve of the superior temporal quadrant. Postoperative intraocular pressure,visual acuity and complications were observed after surgery. Results The intraocular pressure on 3 and 15 days and in 1,3,6 and 12 months after surgery were significantly decreased when compared to before operation（ P〈0. 05）. The visual acuity of 16 eyes was unchanged while the visual acuity was improved in 9 eyes. There were 7 cases not injected with sodium hyaluronate in the anterior chamber. All the 7 patients had shallow anterior chamber after one month of surgery. The remaining18 cases were injected with sodium hyaluronate. Of these patients,only 1 case had shallow anterior chamber. There were 3 patients had grade I hyphema. There were 21 patients with disappeared iris neovascularization. The total efficiency was 84%. Conclusion Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation for neovascular glaucoma is effective and safe.
