中老年体检人群超重、肥胖和中心性肥胖的流行特征及其脂代谢异常分析

摘　　要：目的了解中老年体检人群超重肥胖及中心性肥胖的流行特征及脂代谢情况。方法对2013年11月至2014年6月年龄≥45岁的22019例体检者进行身高、体重、腰围等的测量,并检测空腹状态下的血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)等指标。结果本组人群中,男性的超重、肥胖及中心性肥胖患病率高于女性,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。不同年龄组的男性和女性超重、肥胖和中心性肥胖的患病情况不同。随着BMI和腰围的增加,男性和女性TG、HDL-C、LDL-C异常率均逐渐升高。结论本地区中老年体检者的超重、肥胖和中心性肥胖情况严重,不同年龄段男性和女性的超重肥胖和中心性肥胖的特征不同,需要采用不同的体重控制措施和方案。Objective To explore the epidemiological features of overweight,obesity and central obesity among middle age and aged health check-up population,and their relationships with blood lipid. Methods People who had health check-up and aged over 45 years from 2013 to 2014（ n = 22019） were included in this investigation. Height,weight and waist of those people were measured by trained doctors. The fasting blood lipid,such as total cholesterol,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein and low-density lipoprotein were also tested. Results These rates in male were significantly higher than those in female（ all P〈0. 001）. Different age groups showed different prevalence rate both in male and female. Along with the increase of BMI and waist,the abnormal levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein and low-density lipoprotein were gradually increased. Conclusion The prevalence of overweight,obesity and central obesity among middle age and aged health examination population were high. Different age group and gender had different prevalence rate. We should take measures to control weight and obesity according to the different characteristics between different age groups and gender.
