摘　　要：目的探讨ECT联合CA153、CA125、BSP检测在诊断乳腺癌骨转移中的价值。方法选取2013年5月-2015年5月来我院进行治疗的乳腺癌患者81例作为研究组，同时选取来我院进行健康体检的女性患者30例作为对照组，对两组患者分别检测血清中糖类抗原（CA153）、糖类抗原（CA125）、骨涎蛋白（BSP）的含量，并作出比较分析。结果研究组患者血清中CA153、CA125、BSP含量要比对照组健康人群明显要高（P〈0．05）。经过ECT检测发现骨转移患者42例，无骨转移患者39例，其中无骨转移患者血清中CA153、CA125、BSP含量要比对照组健康人群都要高，但差异并无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。发生骨转移的患者血清中CA153、CA125、BSP含量要比对照组健康人群明显要高（P〈0．05）。结论ECT联合CA153、CA125、BSP检测在诊断乳腺癌骨转移中有着显著的价值。联合诊断可以明显的提高准确性，极大程度的降低了误诊的可能性，临床上有很大意义，值得推广普及。Objective To explore the joint CA153, CA125, ECT, BSP test value in the diagnosis of breast cancer bone metastases. Methods 81 patients with breast cancer as a team were selected in May 2013 to May 2015 to the hos pital for treatment, and in our hospital for physical examination of female patients 30 cases as control group, respec- tively on two groups of patients of detection of serum CA153（carbohydrate antigen）, CA125 antigen （sugar）, BSP （bone sialoprotein） content, and made a comparative analysis. Results The study group patients serum CA153, CA125, BSP content were significantly higher than the control group healthy people （P〈0.05）. After ECT detection found 42 patients with bone metastases,39 cases of patients with bone metastases,patients with bone metastases of serum CA153, CA125, BSP content healthy crowd were higher than the control group, but there was no statistically significant differ- enee（P〉0.05）. In patients with bone metastases of serum CA153, CA125, BSP content significantly was higher than the control group healthy people （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ECT, CA153, CA125, BSP detection has significant value in the diagnosis of breast cancer bone metastases, joint diagnosis can significantly improve accuracy, can significantly reduce the misdiagnosis of lines, a great clinical significance, it is worth popularizing.
