生长抑素类似物奥曲肽治疗胃癌的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨生长抑素类似物奥曲肽治疗胃癌的效果。方法选取2010年1月～2013年1月我院收治的86例Ⅱ～Ⅲ期胃癌患者，随机分为观察组与对照组，各43例。对照组予以手术后化疗，观察组在术后化疗期间配合奥曲肽治疗，对比两组的临床预后。结果观察组的近期疗效总有效率为53．49％，显著高于对照组的32．56％（P〈0．05）；观察组的无病生存期显著长于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组的KPS评分改善率为51．16％，显著高于对照组的30．23％（P〈0．05）；观察组的2年、3年复发率显著低于对照组，生存率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组不良反应差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论奥曲肽辅助治疗胃癌能够降低复发率，提高近期疗效，延长患者的生存时间，提高生存质量及生存率，值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of somatostatin analogues octreotide in treatment of gastric. Methods A total of 86 patients of Ⅱ-Ⅲ gastric cancer in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 were collected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 43 cases in each group. Control group received chemotherapy after surgery, observation group received octreotide treatment during the postoperative chemotherapy, the clinical prog- nosis of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of short-term effect in the observation group was 53.49%, significantly higher than the 32.56% in the control group（P〈0.05）; The disease-free survival time in observation group was significantly longer than the control group （P〈0.05）; The improvement rate of KPS score in observation group was 51.16%, significantly higher than 30.23% in the control group（P〈0.05）; The recurrence rate at 2 years and 3 years after surgery of observation group were significantly lower than the control group, while the survival rates were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）; The adverse events between the two groups had no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Octreotide adjuvant treatment of gastric cancer can reduce the recurrence rate and improve short-term effect, prolong survival time and improve quality of life and survival rate, should be widely applied.
