甲状腺癌患者血清IL-8和IL-17表达水平及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨白细胞介素8（IL-8）与白细胞介素17（IL-17）在甲状腺癌患者血清中的表达水平及临床意义。方法选择我院普外科2013年4月-2015年4月期间的60例甲状腺肿瘤患者为研究对象。采用ELISA的方法检测不同分期甲状腺癌患者血中的IL-8、IL-17的表达,并分析其与肿瘤分期、淋巴转移等可能存在的关系。结果与正常对照组比较,甲状腺癌组患者血清IL-8、IL-17含量明显升高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;在甲状腺癌组中随着肿瘤分期的增加,血清IL-8、IL-17含量明显升高（P〈0.05）;经相关性分析结果显示,患者血清IL-8和IL-17的含量变化与甲状腺癌的组织病理分期、肿瘤恶性程度、淋巴转移等均呈正相关（P〈0.05）。结论 IL-8、IL-17与甲状腺癌发病、分化程度及进展密切相关。Objective To study serum IL-8,IL-17 levels and clinical significance in patients with thyroid cancer.Methods From April 2013 to April 2015,60 cases of thyroid cancer patients were selected as the research object.The level of serum IL-8,IL-17 were deteced by ELISA,and the level of serum IL-8,IL-17 and age,course of the disease,malignant degree of thyroid carcinoma,pathologic stage,lymphatic metastasis and so on were analyzed by correlation analysis.Results The serum levels of IL-8 and IL-17 in thyroid cancer group were significantly higher than those of patients in the control group（P〈0.05）.With the decrease of differentiated thyroid cancer,serum level of IL-8 and IL-17 were increasing,and the comparison between two groups had statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Serum levels of IL-8,IL-17 were positive correlated with malignant degree of thyroid carcinoma,pathological staging,lymphatic metastasis and so on（P〈0.05）.Conclusion IL-8 and IL-17 show high expression in thyroid cancer patients serum.And they are closely related to thyroid cancer incidence,degree of differentiation and development.
