摘　　要：胰腺癌是目前病死率极高的恶性肿瘤之一.由于该病起病症状不明显,病情发展较快,恶性程度较高,因此在临床上很难做到早期诊断,导致治疗效果不佳.近年来,越来越多的胰腺癌肿瘤标志物被发现与应用,为胰腺癌的早期诊断提供了新的途径.本文就与胰腺癌早期诊断相关的血清学肿瘤标志物研究现状作一综述.Pancreatic cancer is one of the malignant tumor with a high case fatality rate.Because the disease onset symptoms is not obvious,and the disease develops quickly, the malignant degree is high, so it is difficult to do early diagnosis in clinical, leading to poor treatment effect.In recent years, more and more of the discovery and application of pancreatic tumor markers provide a new way for early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.This article is a review of the current status of the research on the tumor markers associated with the early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
