氧化苦参碱联合肠内营养和肠外营养治疗重症急性胰腺炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析氧化苦参碱（OM）联合肠内营养和肠外营养治疗重症急性胰腺炎（severe acute pancreatitis,SAP）的临床效果。方法随机选取2014年1月1日-2015年1月1日住院治疗的60例SAP患者,接受基础治疗和OM静脉滴注的患者分别设为对照组30例和OM静点组30例,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 OM静点组的肠鸣音恢复时间和腹痛腹胀缓解时间均显著优于对照组（P〈0.01）;OM静点组的排气排便恢复时间和血、尿淀粉酶恢复时间均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组的不良结局发生率、住院时间和治疗费用比较,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论重症急性胰腺炎患者OM静点结合肠内营养和肠外营养的治疗效果显著,可以减少并发症,缩短疗程。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effects of oxymatrine（OM） combined with enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis（SAP）.Methods Sixty SAP patients from Jan 1 2014 to Jun 1 2015 were selected,were divided into the control group（30 patients,receiving basic treatment） and the OM i.v.Group（30 patients,receiving OM i.v.）,the treatment effect were compared.Results Bowel sounds recovery time and abdominal distention,abdominal pain relief time in om static group were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.01）.The exhaust and defecation recovery time and blood and urine amylase recovery time in om static group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）.There were significant differences in the incidence rates of AE,hospital stays and treatment costs between two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The clinical effect of oxymatrine intravenous drip com bined with enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis is remarkable,which can reduce the incidence of complications and shorten the course of treatment
