数字化乳腺钼靶对女教师早期乳腺癌筛选的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨数字化乳腺钼靶对中年女教师早期乳腺癌筛选的作用,对乳腺癌进行早诊断、早治疗,提高乳腺癌患者的生存质量。方法总结2014年5月586例中年女教师体检的数字化乳腺钼靶影像资料。结果数字化乳腺钼靶诊断为早期乳腺癌(BI-RADS 5类)5例,其中3例经定位活检病理诊断为早期乳腺癌。1例早期乳腺癌(BI-RADS 5类)有约6 mm结节影,周围有毛刺样改变,手术病理诊断为早期乳腺癌,余4例仅有细小簇状钙化而无肿块及结节,其中2例经手术病理诊断为早期乳腺癌。结论数字化乳腺钼靶对早期乳腺癌筛选具有重要作用。Objective To explore the effect of mammography in the diagnosis of early breast cancer of highly educated middle-aged female teachers.By early discovery,early diagnose and early treatment of breast cancer can improve the quality of the breast cancer patients＇ life.Methods A total of 586 cases of mammography images of middle-aged highly educated female teachers were retrospectively analyzed during the year of May 2014.Results Early stage breast cancer patients were diagnosed by only mammography 5 cases,3 cases of them were confirmed by surgical operation and diagnosed by mammography at the same time.One early stage breast cancer was confirmed by surgical operation which Xray signs,included 6 mm diameter of tubercle with spiculate border,followed by 4 cases of calcification like needle point,2 cases were confirmed by surgical operation.Conclusion mammography is very important in diagnosing early breast cancer.
