摘　　要：目的探讨采用行动研究改善护理工作环境,提升护士工作幸福感的效果。方法采用行动研究法,2名研究者与26名实践者组建行动小组,遵循提出问题、计划、行动和评价4个阶段展开研究。行动小组成员通过问卷调查收集资料,并结合实践者反思和座谈会讨论确定问题,制定行动策略,并组织实施。结果经过2年的实施,护理工作环境改善,护士工作幸福感由(3.21±0.82)分上升到(6.22±0.51)分,与实施前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以行动研究为指导,改善护理工作环境,可提升护士工作幸福感。Objective To improve the nursing work environment by using action research,enhance the effect of nurse work happiness.Methods Used the action research method,an action group with 2 researchers and 26 practitioners was set up to carry out a four-stage research,including questioning,planning,action and evaluation.The action group members collected information through questionnaires,and practitioner reflections and discussion forums were combined to identify problems,develop action strategies and organize the implementation.Results Two years after implementation,nursing work environment improvement,The nurse work happiness by（3.21 ±0.82）%to（6.22±0.51）%,Compared with prior to the implementation of statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Action research as the guidance,improve nursing work environment,can improve the nurses work happiness.
