摘  要:目的:介绍以工作量为基础的绩效考核系统的设计、实施及效果。方法:所有数据取自集成平台,医护分开考核,医疗工作量用基于RBRVS点值的绩效费率制量化到个人。结果:该系统以工作量为基础,平衡计分卡为评价手段,实现了工作量量化考核到个人。结论:全面信息化的绩效考核体系及时、准确、透明,工作量量化到个人充分调动了一线员工的工作积极性。Objective:Introduces the design,implementation and effect of the performance appraisal system based on the workload.Method:All data were obtained from integrated platform,medical and nursing were separate,independent assessment.Medical workload was quantified by performance rate based on RBRVS.Result:The system is based on the workload,the Balanced Scorecard as the evaluation method,has realized a workload assessment to individuals.Conclusion:Comprehensive performance appraisal system has the advantages of timely,accurate and transparent workload quantification to personal fully arouse the enthusiasm of the frontline staff.
