摘　　要：民主管理是企业贯彻党的全心全意依靠工人阶级的根本指导方针的具体体现,本文以矿务公开为切入点,从民主管理的重要性、具体形式、落脚点等方面进行了阐述。Democratic management is the concrete show of enterprises＇ implementing the Party＇s basic guideline about relying on the working-class heart and soul. In this paper, we will take the opening of management in coal mines as the breakthrough point, which will be elab orated deeply from the importance, concrete forms, and standing point of democratic management.
