高产无刺芡实品种姑苏芡5号的选育

摘　　要：选用紫花苏芡为母本、紫花刺芡为父本配制杂交组合,获得杂交后代。经多代选育出植株生长势好、单株结果数10个以上、果实直径11.5 cm以上、籽粒数110粒以上、籽粒直径1.4 cm以上、米仁直径0.90 cm以上、黄色种壳厚度0.28 cm以下的新品系姑苏芡5号。Using the Zihuasuqian as the female parent and Zihuaciqian as the male parent, we made a hybrid combination and obtained hybrid generations. According to the breeding target, we selected the better growing plants with fruits amount over 10, the fruit diameter exceeded 11.5 cm, the seeds in one fruit more than 110 pieces, the seed diameter exceeded 1.4cm, the kernel diameter exceeded 0.9 cm, the thick of seed shell less than 0.28 cm as the new line which was named Gusuqian No.5. The color of matured seeds shell of Gusuqian No.5 is yellow.
