摘 要:根据汽车用6082铝合金控制臂锻造坯料性能的要求,提出一种近终形制备铝合金控制臂的新工艺。将铝合金熔体采用半连续铸造的方式制备出外形与终锻坯形状接近的近终形6082铝合金锭坯,经切片后直接锻造成形。锻造坯料经530℃4 h固溶和175℃10 h时效处理后,锻坯筋部位置的屈服强度达到340 N/mm2,伸长率高达12.7%,满足了汽车控制臂对6082铝合金锻坯的性能要求。与传统控制臂制备工艺相比,新工艺流程短,节能降耗效果显著。A novel near-net-shape processing technique was introduced according to the requirements for forging stocks for automotive control arms of 6082 aluminum alloy. After melting in the furnace, the near-net-shape ingot with the contour close to the final forging stock was firstly produced by semi-continuous direct-chill (DC) casting. The ingot was sliced and hot-forged directly. After solution treatment for 4 h at 530℃ and aging treatment for 10 h at 175℃ ,the yield strength at the strengthening rib of the stock reached 340 N/mm^2 and the elongation was as high as 12.7%, which met the performance requirements for the automotive control arm of 6082 aluminum alloy. Compared with the traditional process, the new technique has a shorter process and saves much more energy.
