摘  要:综合运用了模糊数学理论和可靠性优化设计方法,建立了斜齿轮传动模糊可靠性优化设计的数学模型。利用MATLAB粒子群算法(PSO)工具箱进行了优化设计,取得了较好的结果,与序列二次规划可靠度优化设计相比,减速机体积减少10.25%,中心距减少2.8%。验证了PSO可有效获得全局最优解。Base on the fuzzy mathematics theory and reliability optimum design methods, in the paper the fuzzy reliability optimum design mathematical model of the Helical Gear Transmission was established. Due to using MATLAB Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)toolbox for optimal design, the relatively better results was obtained by this approach compared with that obtained using the Sequencial Quadratic Programming. The reducer volume can be decreased by 10.25% and the central distance can be decreased by2.8%. It is validated that the application of PSO can effectively locate the global optimum.
