摘　　要：采用文献资料法、实验法,在常规健身气功教学模式中加入站桩和功法功理的学习,构建出"形神结合"的健身气功教学模式,并将其应用于教学实践中,从而有助于学生更好地理解健身气功的功理,提高了学、练健身气功的兴趣。By using the methods of documents and experimental, add standing on the stake and super power ot learning in routine health qigong teaching mode, build up the ＂unity of form and spirit＂ of health qigong teaching mode, and applied to teaching practice, to help students better understand health qigong principles, to improve their interest in learning and practicing qigong.
