英国《医学伦理学杂志》研究前沿与演化路径探析

摘　　要：选择英国《医学伦理学杂志》(Journal of Medical Ethics)作为样本,运用知识图谱的相关方法,分析该期刊的四个特征:其研究前沿主要是由"基因伦理"、"临床试验"、"知情同意"、"器官移植"等八个知识群组成;其学科基础是由《正义论》、《生物伦理学》等经典著作和《新英格兰医学期刊》、英国《医学伦理学杂志》等期刊的里程碑式论文构成;其相关研究机构主要集中在欧美发达国家;最后,2000年以来作者之间及机构之间的合作现象越来越明显。由此,推论出其演化路径在于研究前沿与学科基础的交互辉映、相辅相承与相互转化。Selecting Journal of Medical Ethics as a sample and applying the method of mapping knowledge domain, this paper analyzed four main topics of the journal. The research frontier was categorized into eight knowledge groups, including ‘gene ethics＇, ‘informed-consent’, ‘clinical trials’, ‘transplantation＇ and so on. Meanwhile, the classic books of ‘theory of justice’,‘principles of biomedicine’ and the milestone papers published in New England Journal of Medicine and Journal of Medical Ethics were cited as discipline foundations. It also found that the research institutions were mostly in Europe and America, with an increasing numbers of Chinese authors in recent years. At last, there had been more and more cooperation between authors and institutions since the year of 2000, which can be inferred that the evolution path of medical ethics rests in the interaction and transformation between the research frontier and discipline foundations.
