摘  要:本文以感温变色微胶囊为对象配制印花色浆,采用单因素分析和正交实验,通过测定织物各项牢度、舒适性变化,探讨了粘合剂用量、交联剂用量、焙烘条件等因素的影响,获得实验用微胶囊印花的优化工艺:聚丙烯酸粘合剂25%,交联剂1.5%,焙烘温度150℃,焙烘时间4 min。本文还针对市场中感温变色材料的不足将普通涂料和感温变色微胶囊通过一定比例配色,极大丰富了色彩变化,为感温变色面料的设计、推广和应用提供良好基础。Printing process of thermochromic microcapsule was studied. Through single factor tests and orthogonal experiments, the effects of the concentration of binder and crosslinking agent and the baking condition were discussed. By testing color fastness and comforts of printed fabrics, the optimum printing process was obtained, which was the concentration of binder 25%, the concentration of crosslinking agent 1.5%, baking at 150 ℃ for 4 rain. Furthermore, the color change of thermochromic materials is generally from one color to colorless and can not satisfied with the demand of market. In order to enrich the color of the printed fabrics, thermochromic microcapsule and pigment were blended with different proportion to match multifarious colors, which might provide the foundation for the more extensive design and application of thermochromic fabrics.
