摘  要:文章地效翼船是一种能利用地效应进行掠海飞行,比飞机载重量更大且具有引擎的海上交通工具,具有飞行很快、经济性等优点,而且身兼飞机和船舶的优点。文章从地面效应及地效翼船的基本原理、主要特征、发展过程,国内外对于地效翼船的研究进展,以及该类船舶未来发展方向进行探讨。A wing-in-ground effect vehicle can be defined as a heavier than air vehicle with an engine, which is designed to operate in proximity to an underlying surface for efficient utilization of the wing-in-ground effect. This survey has the objective of reviewing research and development of wing-in-ground effect technology. Starting with definitions of the phenomenon and the craft which takes advantage of the ground effect, the history and perspectives of the technology, specific vehicles and projects, and areas of application are covered. Also briefly discussed are issues of motion control, structural design, materials and economics. Covered in more detail are matters related to rules of classification, safety and certification.
