摘  要:为了研究Cr(Ⅵ)对黑藻(Hydrilla verticillata)的毒害效应,通过水培实验研究了黑藻在不同浓度的铬溶液中培养一周后,溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)浓度的变化,黑藻体内叶绿素含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化以及铬的富集量。结果表明,随着处理时间的延长,溶液中的Cr(Ⅵ)浓度逐渐降低,黑藻对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率逐渐增加。随着铬浓度的增大,黑藻体内MDA含量呈先升高后降低的趋势,铬的富集量逐渐增加,黑藻叶片中的叶绿素含量随Cr(Ⅵ)处理浓度的增加呈降低趋势,因此,铬对黑藻有一定的毒害作用。In order to study the toxicity of Cr( Ⅵ) on Hydrilla verticillata,Hydrilla verticillata was treated with chromium( Ⅵ) solutions of various initial concentrations for 7 days by hydroponic trials. The content of Cr( Ⅵ) in solution was determined,the chlorophyll content,the malondialdehyde( MDA) content and the amount of concentrated Cr( Ⅵ) of Hydrilla verticillata were also investigated. The results showed that the content of Cr( Ⅵ) decreased gradually during the incubation period,while the removal of rate increased with the increase in the time. Moreover,the content of MDA increased with increasing Cr( Ⅵ) concentration and then gradually decreased,however,the content of chlorophyll decreased gradually. These results indicated that Cr( Ⅵ) can result in toxicity impairment on Hydrilla verticillata.
