摘　　要：普通高等院校转型为"应用技术型大学"是大势所趋,转型建设的根本任务、关键和突破口是需要明确的首要问题。文中阐述了"应用技术型大学"转型建设的根本任务是培养应用技术型毕业生以及大幅提高高校服务企业和社会的能力,关键是建设高质量、高比例的"双师型"教师队伍,突破口是大力推动横向科研课题的发展。It is the general trend of development of higher education that General universities will be transitioned to Universities of Applied Sciences in China,three primary questions,including fundamental task,crucial and breakthroughs in transformation building of Universities of Applied Sciences, need to be answered. It was expound that the fundamental tasks of Universities of Applied Sciences were bringing up ＂Applied- Sciences- Graduates＂and increasing competence service for the enterprises and society. The crucial and breakthroughs in transformation building of Universities of Applied Sciences were constructing highly qualified and high proportion double-professional teaching staff and vigorously promoting the development of transverse scientific research subject,respectively.
