摘  要:水解度是评价部分水解聚丙烯酰胺性能的重要指标,本次研究利用p H计指示终点法对国标法提供的以甲基橙-靛蓝二磺酸钠为混合指示剂的酸碱滴定法进行改进和完善,研究蒸馏水空白体积、滴定终点、聚电解质效应等对聚合物水解度测定的影响。实验结果表明,未扣除空白体积会导致水解度测量值偏高,滴定的终点为溶液p H=3.0,试样中加入少量Na Cl可降低聚合物溶液聚电解质效应,改进的p H计指示终点法操作更为简单,终点判别明显,重复性好,准确度和测量速度明显提高。Degree of hydrolysis is one of the important indicators to evaluate performance of partly hydrolysis polyacrylamide. This paper aims to improve national standard method based on methyl orange and indigo disulfonic acid sodium as mixed indicator by using a p H meter to indicate the end of titration. And blank volume of distilled water,end point of titration,polyelectrolyte effect were studied on the determination of hydrolysis degree of polymer. The experimental results showed that blank volume results in higher hydrolysis degree measurement,the titration end point should be determined when the p H value is 3. 0 and adding a small amount of sodium chloride can reduce the polyelectrolyte effect of polymer solution. The improved method of p H meter indicating the end is more simple to operate. It is obvious to discriminate the end point with good repeatability,and the accuracy and measuring speed have been improved significantly.
